Purchased from whitefield showroom. After using for one day, i tried remove the visor (It is feature of the helmet and removable) but the snap button got broke.
Went to showroom and told about the problem. But those people are not ready to understand it and blaming me saying that i damaged the helmet.
The response was very horrible and it is been 3 weeks they did not took action to repair the helmet.
Now neither i do not have helmet nor trust on royal en field accessories Was this information helpful? |
