Bought Himalayan Granite Black model from BTM Layout store, Bangalore .Within a span of 6 months from the purchased date post second service facing issues like bike gets switched off while driving once shifting down gears and problem was so severe that in the middle of dense Bangalore Traffic bike gets off completely. While raising the complaint to Company showroom one of the Royal Enfield Service man Mr.Velu told me that some of the part of the bike got failed and to get the same part "we required 8 days to get your bike repaired but it is under warranty.
What's the point of purchasing a new bike and within a lesser period parts got failed. This is purely a Sin,
1)Why should i bare the new bike who's parts got failed and delivered to me
2) Why the company is taking 8 days to repair the spare parts
3) Money is going on vain, when it comes to a new bike has this kind of problem from starting itself
4) Bought this bike for the purpose of long drive like Leh..Laddakh, what do i do now considering current scenario is too difficult for me plan any long drive
