Royal Enfield — I am complaining for not providing me my warranty period spare parts

I have serviced my bike at royal enfield service centre nagaon, Bajrang motors but there service manager is disgustingly bad as he didnot provide me spare parts which is under warranty as my bike is 11 months old and only 10000 kms run.My bike carborator has become bad and it is under warranty. Neither of your support staff or customer service operator helped me regarding this. Its totally worthless buying a Royal enfield. Totally disappointed.
