Royal Enfield — long time to service and bad/no proper responses from the service station teknik motors bangalore

Hi team,
I own a royal enfield electra 350 cc bike that was purchased from teknik motors,
After my previous complaint issue got resolved soon my sincere thanks to the forum team,
I am facing a similar problem this time as well, below are the details,

I met with an accident in bangalore after which my bike was heavily damaged, i left my bike for repair and service on 20-sep at tecknik motors service station laksmipuram, indiranagar double rd, indiranagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560038.

I had to visit the service station with a fractured leg and lot of pain to submit and sign the documents, had to wait for about 3 hrs in the service station to complete the formalities. After submitting the document i got to know that i had to call the insurance guys to get the initial investigation done by myself for them to proceed with the repairs and to fix my bike,

I am really thankful to the national insurance team who responded to my complaint took immediate action visited the service station and got the initial investigation done, after which the teknik motor team gave me a wrong quotation to claim insurance, when i questioned them about why was not all the parts and services included then the technician included all other items and provide a revised quotation, this had to be sent to the insurance team which never reached them and i had to follow up with the service station team and sent it to the insurance team, this process itself took about 5 to 8 days to complete and i had to literally call them multiple times to get this done, after this insurance guys have to visit the 2nd time after the bike was dismantle and its been nearly 25 days and i called the technician today as usual he picks the call after calling him multiple times and i politely asked him "sir i called you last week and asked you to inform the insurance team to visit once the bike is dismantle for them check and gave you the rep num as well and i got this answer, ok ok we will inform once the bike is totally dismantled. I have to call them and follow up.

My request to royal enfield company rep, i really feel that the tecknik motors is really short of man power to get the services done on time, i see this is the situation in most of the service stations in bangalore, first and fore more teach them some customer handling skills which is really lacking, there should be some turn around time for any services if they are not able to do it get they delearship's cancelled, royal enfield is not just a bike,
Please have regular checks done and get the feed back from customers, royal enfield is no more a bike company its has crores of customers, followers and fans across india, and it is more over a brand for youngsters there are many technicians in some of the service stations where though their is a delay they give us updates, i love my bike very much as its my favorite and my parents gift to me,
Now after the accidents my parents and friends want me to sell my bike and get another one i still preferred to get it repaired and keep it for myself though i will not be able to ride the bike for next 2 to 3 years. I still want my bike to be repaired well and have it in good condition.
I request some one to consider my request and have the process improvised and get my bike repaired properly asap.
I am really fed-up of calling the technicians who do not pick the calls

I feel accelerate motors at rr nagar is far more better than teknik. Where atleast they picked calls and gave me response
