Royal Enfield — major service delay

Im sudarsan yedunath, from cochin kerala. I have given my new stealth black for service at st marys royal enfield service center, chittoor road, ernakulam. Its a brand new bike just 3000kms done. The bike posses an issue of rear sprocket hub. I had already registered for roadside assistance, but they didnt provide me with it. Its a major issue for which im going to file a compaint in court. I was asked to pay 250 rs for toying my bike. And now its been two weeks since i had given it in the showroom the staff at st marys motors are not giving me proper clarifications for the delay. If i didnt get the bike serviced in nest 2 days im gonna file a complaint in court and consumer forum cell india against st marys motors and royal enfield for cheating me please take this issue as serious as im facing such a worst scenario
