Royal Enfield — misplacement of the silencer

Sir i own an ace classic 350 royal enfield (White) bike which comes without rear disc.
Recently, i went in the showroom from where i purchased it to repair the silencer but what they did is, they replaced the silencer from a bike which comes with rear disc.

Therefore now the silencer is hitting in the rear brake's rod.

I lodged my complaint on 23rd of february and they said they'll be solving it within 24 hours but it has been 4 days and they still haven't solved it.
Kindly take action regarding this.

I recently purchased a Royal Enfield bike in 01.02.19.Only After 10 days it's horn got faulty and also it's bulb above the head light are non functional now which is very strange with such type of reputed type bike. So it's requested that pls. Lodge a complaint and arrange to resolve my request as soon as possible.
