Dear royal enfield team,
My bike’s no dl9sax8271, the outer delhi royal enfield service center had gone to najafgarh on the chassis change, during warranty period which the fall of the headlamp casing broke by service boy.
When i went to the bike, i could see that it was a break.
So the service manager (Mr. Chauhan) say gave me the assurance that you do not take tension. I have ordered it to be changed in 1 month.
I have been calling the service manager daily for 1 month, and i tell him what is status of my headlamp casing he has done to me every day, and i will tell you in the same way and they are avoiding saying this every day.
When i asked him again today, he clearly denied that it will be repaired, but it will not change.
And for the past 1.5 years, my bike's petrol tank has been damaged by service team, since they have been speaking to him for now that it has not come yet. And my bike is still in the warranty period.
