Royal Enfield — No delivery yet after full payment and delivery date | |||||
We have been ordered the motorcycle (Royal enfield classic 350 ash) in the name of akshay k shah on 24/4/17 and we had done full payment of the motorcycle on the request of sarvesh motors, bhiwandi, dist thane. They told the delivery would be done in the first week of june bt still there are no signs of delivery and now they are telling that the above model can't be arranged. I request you to instantly look against this or else i want my payment on the spot in cash. Moreover other showrooms not the royal enfield one are ready to deliver the motorcycle of royal enfield on the spot bt ur showroom are delaying it too late. What should i think regarding this? I purchased on 25/january/2017 and the reading is 7000 kilometers.
The dealers are not accepting my complaint as they are saying it feels good sir and even the company cannot do anything for that.
This is embarressing me alot. Please kindly solve my problem.
