Royal Enfield — non payment of advance on cancellation of booking | |||||
I had booked for a Royal Enfield bike 350 classic space grey and paid ₹5000 as advance with Lekhana Automotives, Ongole during January 2018. I used to get calls that when you are going to take delivery and I informed immediately but there was no response. After sometime I came to know that New thunderbird 350X was launched. I requested to provide me thunderbird 350X for which they had not transferred my advance and informed it will take more than 4 months. I waited for a long time and requested for cancellation and for refund. I submitted the the receipt and my bank a/c details. No acknowledgement was provided and informed that the amount will be credited to my a/c by evening. Inspite of my repeated calls over a month the advance booking amount is not refunded. My receipt No. 1168 dated 16.01.2018 not yet been refunded. Kindly look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
