Royal Enfield — poor quality of spares | |||
I bought thunderbird 350x in march-2019 its chasis no is me3u3s5c1kb436460. I was very happy and thrilled that i was going to be a part of the royal enfield which is known for its larger than life and strong bikes with supreme build quality. I thought that is the reason people use their hard earned money to buy royal enfield bike. But i think, all things mentioned above is for only branding. Because, from the day i purchased i am facing problems with my bike. 1) the speedometer stopped working - service station engineer replaced it under warranty but till date i dont get feedback from the team about reason why speedo meter get damaged. 2) the brake pads and wear out in just 6 months o[censored]sage. - again service station engineers declining of changes and quotes that "wear & tear are not part of warranty" I ask, 1) what kind of bikes you make that are not lasting for at least one month without giving any trouble?? 2) why does the brake pads wear out in only 10k km? 3) what kind of quality checks royal enfield does for its bikes that brake pads and speedometer and all this things stopped working in just 6 months? This is very disappointing because if royal enfield cannot make sure its quality than why people would spend their hard earned money on it? Was this information helpful? | |||
