Royal Enfield — Poor service after spending rs.12000/- at service centre | |||
Hi I am Mukesh Tailor from Kalyan. Today I get serviced my bike at Ulhasnagar Service Centre. After test drive by Royal Enfield supervisor I was informed to change many auto parts like Chainspocket, air filter, liner etc. For this I paid bill of 11691/- I was highly disappointed that I have to come twice today to get repair as my bike engine was getting stop whenever i slow down. I was surprise that engineer has to finally open fuel tap where he find water and then get removed. Here i want to ask Team Royal Enfield how you ensure that after spending 12K amount my bike was completed seviced with trained engineers. This is my second bad experienced with same team. It was also surprise that team is not able to even give proper reply after asking the amount charged. I want complete satisfaction on my query and get serviced my bike properly.
