Respected sir / madam,
This is regarding the service amc that i just took at voyage motors service station at kandivali, mumbai for my bike no. Mh 47 j 7004. So it was my first paid service after 1 year of my bike for which i took a new amc for rs. 3300 and on 30th july i gave my bike around 10:30 am for the service where the executive told me that there were some problems including my back wheel bearing. After which i denied him for taking up the bearing work & in the evening when i reached to collect my bike after calling them up at 5:45 pm and asking them if my bike is ready they told that my bike is in washing and that it would be ready in next 15 mins.
But then when i reached at 6:15 my bike was neither ready to be collected nor it was washed, there were several work pending and the next thing you know is to head to the billing counter where mr. Shashank took atleast 15-20mins to complete the bill of a single customer and the crowd so expanded that it took 1 hour for the billing & after i made the billing i was expecting my bike to be ready by then, but it wasn't and when asked it was still in washing at 7:15.
So after when the bike came from the washing i took a look at it having dust in several parts of it body and oil too, also the air filter wasn't properly fitted and it pipe was not clipped. So i myself cleaned some of them and showed them to the service manager mr. Madhukar thorat who was completely chilled after saying him the whole situation and told to wash it again.
Like these guys have no responsibility or whatsoever, when asked people to wash the things up everyone was either rushing to go home or were least bothered about the situation and not for this particular time i have faced the same kind of situation three months ago.
And then i had to wait 2 and a half hour at the service station itself with still some of the oil stains on my bike. For that not me but every one of the 5 customers were totally unhappy with the things in the management going over there because these guys are least bothered about any major expenses that are levy on us.
Also i would like to say that royal en field classic has some of the worst parts ever, people are facing several issue regarding rusting of tank, wheel bearing, chain pocket, break liners, lights, etc withing one year of their purchases, is this what we get after spending 1.5 lakh rupees on such a thing.
Therefore i would really like if your management at the following service station would be change or either responsible for the things they take over.
