Royal Enfield — poor service for new bike | |||
Recently i had purchased a royal enfield thunderbird 350 motorcycle on 10 july 2017 and got many defects in the bike since 1 st day. I have complained many times to my authorised dealer about my complaints but i didn't get proper service. On day 1 meter and lights are not active On same day i have literally kicked bike nealy of 50 times to start it. I called to service station but not got a proper solution. On day 2 when i went to petrol pump and as i opened petrol tank lock the cap pushed itsel[censored]p forcefully. Then i realized the problem of air lock and i again called to service station they replied just it's not big problem. It's very embarrassing to when you kicking new showroom bike for half an hour on road, it's really not a big problem??? Later on some day someone asked me about headlight why not working. I shocked because on service station they gave me vehicle in same condition and no one told that one light is not working. Today when i asked them about this they said again ok let's change it... Self button is also not working properly. Also suffered from battery discharging.. Was this information helpful? | |||
