Royal Enfield — post purchase poor servicing | |||||
Since from 29 june 2017 i have issues with rear wheel wobbling. From the date i registered complaint my bike was in the service station for almost 5 days a month costing waste of time and money. With all this in january 2018 they have replaced almost major parts of rear wheel and still issue is not solved. Finally on[protected] again they requested for correcting the issue one more time, yes this time they went for wheel truing (They didn’t attempted all these days) and wobbling has reduced a little but not completely. Because of the problems in the rear wheel rim, i am noticing new issues like bad condition of rear wheel tyre, a dent in the rear wheel assembly plate and many more. None of the concerned persons from royal enfield support team responding positively even though i am daily trying to reach area manager. Was this information helpful? | |||||
