Royal Enfield — Problem in chassis

Respected sir i bought Royal Enfield in the month Aug 2015.From very first i found a problem in driving .when i drive the bike my left arm start to pain .i told and complaint many times to the concerned dealer But they dont pay any intention on my complaint.i got all service my bike from agency every time i complained but no one is gave me any positive responce.So now m complaing you about my Bike.i think there is a problem in chasis of bike .i am facing the big problem becoz i need to bike for my daily routine work.so please pay intention towards my complaint.
