Royal Enfield — product not shipped/delivered, order #81329 | |||||
Hello team, I placed an order on royal enfield website (https://store.royalenfield.com/) on 20th jan, payment was made by card. However the product is yet to shipped as on 25/2/2020 which is about one month and 5 days from payment was made. I called to customer care about 10/15 times, sent about 7/8 emails and i received same statement that they have escalated this and i will get a callback.
