I am so disappointed and unfortunately i had to reiterate the same problem multiple times on different platforms in less than 2 months of purchase. Once again see
1. Rusticated silencer in just 1 month old bike. Brand showroom service centre manager argues that it is not a problem at all. Had to literally compare other vehicles to prove it is a defect piece. So un professional.
1. Lh door lock itself broken and went off with in 2 months of vehicle purchase. They don’t even bother to provide an explanation to the customers and behave like customers looking for free money.
2. Lh door lock (Not the box itself) is such a tiny part and completely out of sight while riding. How do you expect a rider to catch when it’s broken and fell off on road?? Such unrealistic and irresponsible answers from service centres.
4. Complaints raised to re customer support and al they do is route back to same service centre and same people. Literally of no use.
I cant think of anything else but strongly believe it’s vehicle delivery/service quality issue or sold a defective piece to me. It’s frustrating that i had to chase these guys each time and get irresponsible answers. Was this information helpful? |
