Royal Enfield — quality issues | |||
Hi, My royal enfield classic 350 is 7 months old.in these 7 months i had to visit royal enfield store many times. Right after 3 months i got battery issue, my battery has become flat. I approached service center and they charged the battery and gave me back, but they failed to mention the reason for battery getting flat. I have also been facing tappet noise every time i mention it they will tell it is resolved but it appears again. This time i had a huge kick from my bike on 10 th dec morning i kick started my bike and bike started and turned off, since then bike never started and no signs of neutral indicator, horn, battery, who, signal indicators working.. This is a shame on the quality royal enfield is maintaining as i could see major failures. I have given my bike to service center, i have now lost confidence on the product as i have been spending g more time in driving towards service centers. I need a strong evaluation on my bike from royal enfield on all components and provide me a report on the quality of product. Was this information helpful? | |||
