I have bought Royal Enfield Meteor (Black) from Hare Madhav LLP miraj, last year on 06/11/2021.
I have bought my bike in custom colour by paying all the necessary extra charges as per demanded by dealer.
All the necessary RTO registration was handled by dealer only.
When I received copy of my Registration Certificate, i found the colour mentioned in RC was white, I had taken this matter with Dealer on phone call and WhatsApp. But I didn't get any satisfactory resolution. Then i had taken up this matter with Royal Enfield Support Team through Email and they had assured me that they will resolve the matter. Now more than 3 months have passed and I have to renew my Full Insurance which was expired last month. On telephonic conversation with the insurance agent to renew the insurance she had suggested me to get corrected RC before renewal of insurance otherwise at the time of claim the issue will raised because of differed details in RC.
