Royal Enfield — re standard 350/ sprocket tooth have broken with in 5800km

I have bought royal enfield classic 350 on may/2018 from abc motors perinthalmanna. Now 5800km travelled and completed first two services on time. Now several sprocket of the chain drive have been brocken. I have lubed the chain every 300km properly. Never crossed 60km/h speed on my bike. I have bought a royal enfield Classic 350 and is due for secound services but the office from chennai have ban the Merin's Royal Enfield workshop in Shillong, Meghalaya without any prior arrangement for the customer. Who will take the responsible for this.
