Royal Enfield — re thunderbird x 500cc mango colour | |||
I have booked the bike at worli showroom on 19th october by paying 5000 as booking amount on only one term that i want the delivery on 1st day of diwali which is 6th november. The onraod price was 243000/-. Took the finance from hdfc and got it approved. On friday 26th october i have paid the down payment of 45000/- and again confirmed the on road price and the delivery date where the representative said that 243000 is on road prices and i will get the delivery on 6th november. On saturday, they gave me a call and said that now the bike is coming with the abs and we need to pay 17000/- more. My complain is : 1. When i did booking no one told me that if any upgradation is coming in the model we need to pay the differential amount 2. I have booked the model with out abs then give me with out abs. 3. Even at the time of making the down payment of 45k no one in the showroom informed us about the change in the price including the manager which was co-ordinating with us at that time. This is very disappointing and annoying. I am not going to pay a single penny to royal enfield. I want my bike on first day of diwali which is 6th november with or without abs within the same price.
