Royal Enfield — refund | |||
I had booked a royal enfield classic 350reddick red. Due to several reasons from re the delievery was delayed due to which i changed my mind and decided to cancel the booking. After many request i got a cheque for refund which i paid at the time of booking. However the name printed on that was wrong hence i had to return it. Now it has almost been more than 6 months and still i haven't recieved my cheque. The dealer tells me that it is in process, the account team is not getting back to us hence we don't have an answer for you at this minute. Can you please let me know how can i proceed.
