Royal Enfield — Refund of the Booking Amount Rs:10,000

I have booked the Royal Enfield BULLET 350 ES EFI REGAL RED ON[protected], but the vehicle was not given to me within 6 months as promised and it has been more than 1 year, I haven't heard a call from the Kattupakkam branch. When i went to the showroom, they said the branch is closed and to check with the Adyar main Branch. Since it was too late for the vehicle delivery, I bought Yamaha RAY. So I request you to cancel the booking and refund to my HDFC account. Please find the attached Booking voucher and cheque copy for your reference.
