Royal Enfield — refund pending from past 2 months! | |||
I had booked "classic 350cc redditch red" motorcycle at royal enfield showroom, bommasandra branch on 22-aug-2017, by paying rs.5500 as booking advance, paid via imps transaction. However, later i dropped the plan of purchasing the motorcycle due to personal reasons and submitted a cancellation & refund request at the same showroom sometime during 1st week of september 2017. Since then i have been contacting the sales executive of the branch regularly regarding the refund status and for my surprise every time i get a reply saying it'll be done in next 2-3days! As per royal enfield policy the refund should be done within 7days of cancellation and in my case it's been almost 2 months now and i am still getting the same reply from the executive. Recently i dropped a mail to [protected]@royalenfield.com mail id and i got a reply saying they will contact me soon regarding the issue but no one contacted me yet! When i can get the refund?
