Royal Enfield — Regarding delay in booking delivery

Hi My name is Sujeen Kumar, I had booked the bike on 15th June 2021 but till now I have not received the bike if the bike is not getting ready soon in by company then why are you taking the booking, who is responsible for this please send me a simple answer otherwise than booking tell me how to get the money back
