Hi, Recently purchased a thunderbird 350, and they have home delivered it in evening and the very next day morning the bike tyres both got punctured when we were about to take vehicle outside for a ride, contacted the dealer, but they said they won't be able to cover it, to change for new tyres and they just repaired puncture. Just wanted to know one thing, after paying ready cash and purchasing bike and not even ride it for a day, and they have home delivered it to us, how come it's possible to say they won't do anytg more than correcting punctured tyres.The staffs are not ready to even take phone and talk to the customer.
