Royal Enfield — regarding the non issue of registration certificate | |||
Myself sgt. Amar singh. I have purchased royal enfield classic abs black motorcycle on dated[protected] under csd from kishori automobiles khanna (Ldh), punjab. I have paid all the necessary expenses incluiding rc charges to agency representatives at the time of delivery. I have fulfill all the compulsory documentary formalities including csd and high security plates etc. Agency representatives has not provided rc to me till date. They are pretending in different ways... Kindly help me regarding the above issue... Thanks Sgt.
