This is with reference to complaint no. 2850418.
After the directions from Royal Enfield service provider, i approached to mount bird service centre for oxygen sensor check up, they said it is ok there is no need to change it.
But now when malfunction indicator was again blinking, i approached again to the same service centre, this time they it needs to be changed but i have to pay for that or i should approach to nowgam service centre as the bike was purchased from there only.
As i communicated the matter to Mr. Hyder, his response was very rude and at the same he refused for the service.
Now it is requested to your goodself please redress the grievance at an earliest.
