I was facing a problem for my enfield 350 classic due to battery problm. And when i concatcted the service centre they came and took the vehicle by saying that they need to cheack it. And after that they called me and said that they need to change the battery led so it will be solved but after changing that also problem didn't solved and then they said need to change the battery. And it will coast 3500/- so i asked them to hold on and give back my bike so that i can replace it by myself. And then when i came to take the bike they provided me a bill of 750/- for the service as am not at all having any benefit for the amount i have spent. And interestingly changes lik breakdown service 250/- that to from my home to service station it's hardly 1 km distance for that they charging this much. And battery which i purchased coast me 2100/- the same they offers for 3500/-
It's all together a total mess up with the service as they looting customer with huge service cost.
