With reference to the above subject it is to inform you that i have purchased new bike three months ago and it ran 4400 km till date and also 2 services have been done by the moradabad centre. Three days ago while driving i faced problem in starting my bike and the system shows the battery low and upon enquiring in the service station the concerned person told me that there is a problem in charging of battery and they told me to replace clutch parts and charged undue amount from me for the same and during each service they also demanded undue charges every time. I don't know what type of free services the company is providing me and i was told about the warranty period also then why the concerned are demanding charges for each and every type of services.
I want to know the full details of the services provided by you after sales and also request you to resolve the matter immediately.
