Purchased bike from Technica Motors, Iblur, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. Classic 350cc, 2011 Model, 37K km. Was about to give it for regular service, suddenly noticed a crack in at the Right Hand side of the bike chassis (near kick rod) there is a crack. Chassis is an important member of the bike, should not crack like this, the life of the bike will reduce drastically in such cases. Important to note that the bike has not met accident so far. Raised a complaint[protected] to the service manager of the showroom, intern he said he will talk to territory manager and get back. So, far nothing is happening. Due to this crack I am not able to use the bike, afraid if it collapses suddenly. RE/Territory Manager Kindly act fast & solve the problem.
