Royal Enfield — ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 Exhaust Issue

I have been a customer since 2000's. I have purchased an classic in Oct2016 and the run till now was just 30000 and i take care of the bike too way good. Recently i have seen a crack in the silencer and went to the showroom to show to the service people and they even got shocked after seeing this as the bike is in perfect and yet this happened. I just wanted to question this Royal enfield team..Is this the way you are building your vehicles. Within 6 years and me maintaining the vehicle at that good ..Just because you are manufacturing it worst..I need to get a new one and yet don't know how many days it stays .
