Royal Enfield — royal enfield himalayan bs 3 problems | |||
I have a later 2016 BS 3 model Himalayan and I have completed 29 K Kms on the vehicle and have complete showroom track of the vehicle and faced many issues now and then, However the bike is Running with the problems and in the recent I got to know the Upgrades the Company has given for all the BS 3 models such as replacement of Head and bore, front suspension, gear sifter sensor, Cone set, Clutch Assembly, Coolant piper, radiator guard and etc..., which I was unaware of in the initial years of purchasing the bike and every time when I had a problem with the bike they used to just repair it instead of giving the upgrades and when I have asked the dealership for the upgrades they want to turn their back on me saying that the bike has completed it's 2 years so they don't bear any responsibility there after most of the problems still persist such as play in Sound from Engine Head, Hard suspension, Hard clutch, gear shift problem, Play in cone set and many other issues.. I have tried complaining this issue where ever possible but the Royal Enfield Dealership and staff are not ready to listen my concern. Please help me out in this regard.
