Every worst experience on booking a royal enfield Himalayan bike
As I booked a bike in the month on june and in the month of August I have received a call from the sales manager ( Pratik ) from S P WHEELS AGENCY IN VASAI stating that your bike has been delivered to the showroom.kindly make the payment and I will share you the bank details not I have received the bank details yet and I was ready to do so but inspite of multiple calls I was not getting the proper reply from the executive available in the showroom so i directly called on the showroom no.and I got the answer that your vehicle has been allotted to some other person and u need to wait for more three months. How such thing can be possible in royal Enfield family. I'm fail to understand this. How would the experience after purchasing the bike. Now I doubt should I purchase the same or not.
I was not accepting such a response from the royal enfield showroom and when I asked for the royal enfield email I'd and owner name of the showroom the person ( Pratik ) was not ready to provide me the same. How disgusting the situation was this cannot be expressing words. I would like to suggest the Royal Enfield family that you need to change the attitude of your employees or change the employees if possible for better customer experience Was this information helpful? |
