They use duplicate parts and bill for the original price, My handbar got rusted within 3 months time, When i went there to ask the service manager named Mr. ChandraMohan, he says it happens sometime and we can't do anything about it. His customer service was unbearable.
And when i ask him to give a written statement about the part, he refused to give it, then i asked atleast give me the customer care number, he said there is no number available so take the email id. And i asked the nodal officer email id, he said that he won't give that mail id, I don't know why he refused to give nodal officer email id, though i can get it from online he is refusing to give it to me.
I am sure they are using duplicate parts as the oil filter got spoiled within 5 days time and also you must see their oil service, i checked the oil on the next day of the service, it gone black like anything.
I spent 7000s and 3000s all the time when i give service there, but nothing is worth. They simply change parts and no improvement, when i complaint they simply say that you have to change that and this.
The only reason i go to company service because they only accepts credit card, I can't give my CC to local mechanic, though they charge 2% extra on credit cards, I have no other options than goint there for service.
I don't know what else would be fine than posting here about their service, this is the first time am complaining about anything here, Lets see what solution/help i get from here.
