During my third servicing at royal enfield's service center in miraroad (Unisons automobile) they disabled my front disk brake which was perfect before the servicing which could have costed my life as i rammed into an autorickshaw and ended up paying for his broken mud guard (It is then when i realised that my front disk brake was not working). I took the delivery at 7:00pm 5thoctober2016 (I gave it for servicing on 02october2016, i was committed that i ll get my bike by tuesday, but that did not happened and finally i received my bike on 05thoct2016 eod without washing and disabled front disk brake) and incident happened on the same day at around 8:15pm. (From 7:00pm to 8:15pm i was stuck in slow moving traffic hence i did not realize that my front disk brake is not working). On request they picked up my bike next day 06thoctober2016 and today is 07thoctober2016 (Eob) and i havent heard of anything about my status of my back from them. The mechanics at the service station were illbehaved and rude to an extent that they cannot be dealt with. The floor supervisors at the service station are full of false promises and commitments and incompetent. They are not approachable at all (Since both the supervisors were not in the office till noon)
Desirable action:
Restoration of my bike to it working condition at the earliest.
Stringent action against the mechanic for such an ignorant act.
