Im in a mess after i bought this bike in the month of may 2016. From the 1st day i had so many problems which i waited and dealt with till the 1st service. Then after the service i still had the same issues so i had complained and my bike was re-serviced. I thought that was it but then the scilencer of my bike flew off on the street and my brakes failed even when it hadn't rained, my leg guard has never been in place from the 1st day and i have to keep tightening it and then i had complained for the same. I got a call from different managers and they said they would again like to service my bike and this was the last chance they asked for. They were so shameless that they charged me for every single nut and bolt that they used to fix my silencer which i have no clue why i had to pay coz the bike was a piece of [censored] by default from the very 1st day. Then after 3000 KM as i was travelling my friend takes my bike for service and they do not use the 2nd service slip but tell him that we have to use the 3rd service slip and f#ck him off(Literally f#cked him off from there). So good of a behavior towards your customers. Then after the service within a weeks time again the service light has started blinking and the handle makes noise. What do I do. I had paid 1.67 Lhk and some change hard cash and i think i did a mistake by even dreaming about Royal Enfield. I had paid the entire amount at one go and at that time they didnt miss on taking even 36rs in cash but the service that you are giving is so [censored] i wish to have had only a bicycle.
