I had a flat tyre on my Royal Enfield bike and called RSA immediately for assistance and the advisor mentioned since mostly all puncture shops would be closed all we will send towing car to pick you bike and deliver it to the nearest authorised centre which was in Kandivali however no I was provided with the below mentioned details.

( Kajal motors did not call me and when I called after 30min no answer I again called customer service in RSA another agent did the same thing with no resolution overall process 1 hour 30min no resolution.
I paid services for RSA and what help did I get by Royal Enfield? Testing my patience and waiting on the road till 12:30am like a fool.
