We had a Highly unsatisfactory and left aside expirice from your Nerul service centre.
We had given our RE classic ३५० - MH46BC 1218 vehicle for regular service on 2nd may 2023 and recieved delivery same day but vehicle working condition post delivery was found to be abnoxious.
Self Start was not working very second day and vehicle was not taking required pickup.
We arrived at your Nerul service centre today I.e on 14th may 2023 for addressing this concern but your staff clearly denied to register out complain and behaved arrogantly.
Request to resolve the issue as soon as possible as we have spend Rs 4200/- against which we have not received satisfactory service. Their may be some malpractices and replacement of working spares.
All these things are letting me file a case against you in the consumer forum.
I have emailed the above complaint in detailed to [protected]@royalenfield.com but they have closed the complaint stating that the issue has been addressed to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
