Royal Enfield — self starting problem | |||
I have so much disappointed about royal enfield classic 350 ka 04 jr 8657 Because of its battery problem and also service center and company. No one will be response properly. I had worst service centre experience ever. No one person have proper response and care less about customers. For the same battery problem i had given 3 times my bike to service station in a month jan. And today also i am giving my bike to service station for the same problem. Every time they kept bike in service station minimum 4 days. Then also they dint solve the problem, and they dont want to change battery? And when i gave first service they damaged front seat, i told them to change seat, after complete 2nd service they dint change it. Every time they told we ordered new seat, after coming will inform you, i dont know why such a big company doing like this? This is my first complaint if i dont get any response from this complaint then i will go forward other step.. Was this information helpful? | |||
