Sad, sorry, bad to inform you, this is my sixth bullet, and riding your products since 1985. The issue is vehicle met with accident, and your service department waiting for chassis for one and half months to get it from chennai. It is pathetic, horrible experience of waiting after numerous reminders over phone, in person.

Now, this mail, i don't understand your system, take action and relieve me from this trauma. Your service in charge anirudh ruling here has to heed my plea.
