Royal Enfield — service not done properly (naraina vihar branch) | |||||
Dear team, I visited your service branch in naraina vihar (Royal enfield) on[protected] Invoice no: slinv[protected] and model no:800291 model name: thunderbird 350 (Rev. Red-db) their was some problem in my bike that i have to rectify and visited to your service branch and their was service adviser name: jasvinder (Service manager) he consalt me that there are some parts need to be change and refill again the parts he changed that was carburttor_bs2919, bellow cv carb & fuel pipe after that he provide my bike back to me and total payment was done rs.2839. But after the service done the same is happen again and i was not satisfied with his service and get back to him again he told me that the actual problem is different so i need to change that part of that before i change different part that was useless he was just try to selling me the parts but not understand my problem and now he is saying that again i need to change the part... This was totally disappointing from you guys are making customer fool and not understanding the basic problem and concentrating on your selling capability...
