Recently completed my 4th free service, post that service i faced some technical problems regarding break pad issues, noising in breaks, repetitive failures of indicator and parking bulbs, now the rear danger bulb also not working properly, and clutch play issue which i reported in last 3 services but no use. Apart from these there is no priority response from service station members though i visited 4 times to get resolve my problems, still no use of that. When i compate with bajaj service in past which is more better than royal enfield. Can some one takes these issues to respective persons and inform to service station members to attend customer complaints on high priority during service checks, for you my bike is one of thousands but for me its dream one.
