I am sorry to say, i bought a thunderbird 350 7months before from concept kazhakootam, and from my first service onwards they are no giving proper service daily i have go back there and tell them its not done, even the oil is not replaced properly, we are paying for the oil only 4 service is free. Because of their poor service they having looped my chain properly it got damaged, now i came and asked them they are telling warranty period is done. I have just covered 3500km is this life you provide for chain, is this this the service you provide, we ensure a brand name for royal enfield, because of their misbehavior and bad service.
