Royal Enfield — service, warranty and insurance claim | |||
Sir, I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 redditch red on 04 march 2017 from concept bikes, kazhakkoottam, thiruvananthapuram, kerala My bike 7511 km driven. Only 3 free service done at royal enfield concept bikes. I had to pay for a mistake committed by the service centre boy and also i paid spare parts amount. My bike is in a minor accident. Its head light is brocken and a few scratches. It was said that the show room guy at the service centre (Concepts bikes) would be given the insurance claim. They replaced some parts of bikes. They complete the accident work and given me the bill amount of rs 8126/-. Then i gave the bike for general service to the same showroom. After work they gave me rs 8953/- bill.in this bill they give another bill of parts that already changed in accident work. T twice pay the same bill for some parts again general service. The royal enfield company says the bike has a 2 years warranty. But i gave the money to the some parts several times.
