1) i have purchased royal enfield 350 elktra on 19 march 2016 from delear cidanta gajuwaka, visakhapatnam andhrapradesh, 500026.
2) we have some respect and faith on royal enfield and the services through these dealers are making us to feel that royal enfield is making fools to the customers.
3) my vehicle was handed over in this condition. my vehicle was stopped after 2 kms from show room due to lack of petrol, tail light connection not connected and the sensor spring is in hanging position, back break fitted to the last adjustment as the break shoes alraedy warned out and it is very loose,

Mubarak ho welcome to the real world of royal enfield. This actually happens and because of such dealers the real name of royal enfield gets damaged and people who actually believe in the company happen to loose there trust after reading this. I hope you get all your problems solved and not feel that where have you invested your money lucky me.
