I have visited the Basant Motors Royal Enfield showroom in Raipur.
That was the worst experience I have ever seen.
Till the time of payment they behave very well but after payment suddenly behavior has changed.
and the sales manager & Team did not have any proper communication. They were arguing with all customers.
They were not owning their words. I waited 3hrs for delivery after all the formalities were completed.
Royal Enfield is just not a bike, it's emotion and these people did not think about that.
I was very upset after purchasing a bike from Basant Motors. I will not suggest anyone buy a bike from that showroom.
Staff behavior was the worst. I hope Royal Enfield will be looking for that concern. Because it matters about customer feelings. Was this information helpful? |
