Royal Enfield — standard 350 2017 model, complaint against bike issue

Dear enfield,
Please solve the problem on priority because i have to join my office from monday but problem is not resolved by asco motors after asking them they answered me that technicians on training so what can i do then i need solution if your authorised service centres are not sufficient to solve the problems, so it is a request from my side do not need them to be open.
I just want the solution.
