Royal Enfield — Standard, 500 service station - voyage motors @ kandivali | |||||
I had purchased a standard 500 royal enfield bullet (Mh02 dx 7000) from voyage motors @ kandivali around 2 years back, have been regularly servicing my bike and was in good shape, On 9th july my bike was given to the service station for regular servicing, there were no issues with the bike, it was for a regular service, however after the servicing, or whatever they claim to have done, my bike had issues in pickup, which was brought to the notice of the engineer, who told me to leave the bike and that he will deliver it to my house since due to work i would not be able to collect it. On the third day someone delivered the bike to my house, which was in a very bad shape, the rear tyre had several punctures and the pickup issue was still as it is. My request to royal enfield is to please look into such type of service stations which is spoiling their name, they charge exorbitantly for service and just wash the vehicle and deliver it back. I purchased new bike Thunderbird 350 on 28 june 2017 and after that same day i faced battery issue and it's self was not working and they didn't resolve my problem i faced too hack tic problem please help me
