Dear Sir,
Recently I had a chance to visit Royal Enfield Service Station at Him Enfield Dharamshala for service and repair of my bike.The Showroom is situated at Dharamshala-Palampur Road.When I visited there, I was told that the repair work is done at other place which is located at a distance of about 2 km from the showroom.I could not locate the Service Station on that day after a lot of efforts and had to come back home causing me harrassment as well as wastage of time.
Next day I again visited the Showroom and they deputed some person to locate the service station.To my surprise, it was located in the interior of the village, running in a basement sort of shop with a heap of construction material lying here and there with no facility to the customers like toilet, drinking water, sitting arrangements what to talk of refreshments like tea or coffee. Customer has to stand literally in the street and wait for his turn. A disgusting experience for the customer.
Earlier I have visited Royal Enfield in New Delhi where the facilities, the ambience and the customer services were excellent for which hats off to Royal Enfield but the state of affairs here at Dharamshala is really annoying and frustrating which bring a bad name to a brand like Royal Enfield.
I have been associated with Royal Enfield for last 12 years and such a state of Company at Dharamshala dealer makes me upset. Royal Enfield workshop here just has reduced to the state of a Local Scooter Mechanic shop.
Hoping an improvement in these state of affairs so that customers are not embarrassed/demoralized on the part of a Brand like Royal Enfield.
